Wendy Morris is an award-winning leadership educator, consultant, facilitator and process designer. Somewhere between touring the world as a performing artist and teaching at prominent leadership centers around the globe, she discovered she had a gift for creative engagements that helped people learn to influence change in complex systems. She has collaborated with several international networks for change including the Human Systems Dynamics Institute, the Art of Hosting network and the Presencing Institute. Her global lens supports changemakers to bridge across differences by shifting perspective and adapting behavior in culturally appropriate and authentic ways. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development, and is affiliated with two research and training centers at the University of Minnesota: The Humphrey School of Public Affairs Center for Integrative Leadership, and The Center for Spirituality and Healing. Her life and work are informed by 19,000 hours of mindfulness training and somatic (body-mind) practice.
